I was born and raised in Lima, Peru, and have called New York City home for the past 35 years. My journey began as a sculptor, but over time, I fell in love with creating functional art using clay and porcelain.

My work is deeply inspired by the vibrant colors of Lima’s neighborhoods, the ever-changing light over its coastal hills, and the quiet rhythm of the Pacific Ocean brushing against its beaches. These memories—sun-warmed walls, salt in the air, and the soft hum of the sea—live in the textures and forms I shape by hand.

Through the creative process, my hands give voice to emotions and memories, transforming clay into pieces that carry a sense of home and belonging. I hope my work brings you a touch of the joy and peace I feel while creating it.
